Objective To explore the possible mechanism of Zhongzi Yulin Powder in treating infertility.Methods Thirty female Sprague Dawley（ SD） rats were randomized into a blank control group

a model group and a herb group

with 10 in each group. Rats in the model group and the herb group were given intraperitoneal injection of alarelin

urinary gonadotropin and chorionic gonadotropin to made controlled ovarian hyperstimulation model. At the same time of modeling

the herb group was given 7. 2 g/（ kg·d） of Zhongzi Yulin Powder by gavage

and the model group and the blank control group were given normal saline by gavage

2 ml each time

once every day

for 9 days.After 5 days of pregnancy

expressions of endometrial integrinαvβ3 and HOXA10 protein were detected by immunohistochemical method and western blot method. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method（ RT-PCR） was adopted to detect the expressions of HOXA10 and integrinαvβ3 mRNA. Results Compared with those in the blank control group

the expressions of endometrial integrinαvβ3 and HOXA10 protein

as well as HOXA10 protein and integrinαvβ3 mRNA in the model group decreased（ P < 0. 05）. Compared with those in the model group

the expressions of endometrial integrinαvβ3 and HOXA10 protein

as well as HOXA10 protein and integrinαvβ3 mRNA in the herb group increased（ P < 0. 05）. Conclusion Zhongzi Yulin Powder might improve the expressions of endometrial integrinαvβ3 and HOXA10 protein and mRNA to improve pregnancy outcome

which might be one of the mechanisms in its treatment of infertility.
