The Markov model is a random mathematical model that predicts trends based on the current state and trends of some variables. Through the efficacy evaluation model of the combination of diseases and syndromes
the Markov model can be used to dynamically simulate the evolution of heart failure and observe the long-term efficacy and quality-adjusted life years of Chinese medicine intervention in heart failure
and to analyze the cost of Chinese medicine for preventing and treating heart failure. The efficacy evaluation model based on the Markov model can be applied to the clinical research of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of heart failure and provide a basis for the decision analysis of Chinese medicine.
