以组方配伍为依据总结张仲景方反佐药物使用规律。归纳为和阴阳寒热相佐

包括热中佐寒法、寒中佐热法、寒热相佐法;兼表里敛散并用

包括散中佐敛法、敛中佐散法;衡上下升降相因

包括升中佐降法、降中佐升法;省轻重缓急同用;全虚实补泻相施

包括补中佐泻法、泻中佐补法;调燥湿润燥相投

包括润中佐燥法、燥中佐润法;辨全局阴阳相继;和病势动静结合;服药反佐。

Abstract

Based on the compatibility of the prescriptions

the law of ZHANG Zhongjing’s using of anti-adjuvant herb was summarized.

which was summarized as adjuvant against yin and yang

cold and heat

including adjuvant cold in heat

adjuvant heat in cold

adjuvant in cold and heat; accompanied by astringing and dissipating exterior and interior

including adjuvant astringing in dissipating and adjuvant dissipating in astringing; balancing ascending and descending

including adjuvant descending in ascending and adjuvant ascending in descending; simultaneous using based on severity; application of supplementing and draining for deficiency and excess

including adjuvant draining in supplementing and adjuvant supplementing in draining; regulating dryness and dampness

including adjuvant dryness in dampness

and adjuvant dampness in dryness; continuous by differentiating yin and yang; combined with activity and inertia of condition; taking herbs of anti-adjuvant.
