Objective To study the possible mechanism of Gufei Xiaojiyin( 固肺消积饮
GFXJY) in treating non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) based on the network pharmacology. Methods The TCMSP database was used to screen the effective components of GFXJY by oral bioavailability screening and drug similarity assessment. The target of the disease was predicted
and the target network was constructed. The core network was screened. Enrichment analysis was performed to obtain GO functional annotation results and KEGG pathway annotation results
and to obtain candidate genes and functions involved in the related pathways in the KEGG pathway analysis. Results A total of 149 active components of GFXJY were screened from the TCMSP database and 246 potential targets associated with lung cancer. The target network map showed the interaction of 1502 target components
53 of which had correlation values greater than 8. Components were used to construct the core network map; gene enrichment analysis suggested that 42 targets participated in multiple pathways
and a large number of targets were related to the regulation of PI3 K-AKT pathway and Ca
2+
signaling pathway. Conclusion GFXJY may delay the chemotherapy resistance of non-small cell lung cancer
reduce the side effects of chemotherapy
and increase the sensitivity of chemotherapy by regulating the PI3 K-AKT pathway and Ca
