and nourishes the whole body. The malfunction does not promote the blood flow
which will lead to the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. The occurrence of blood stasis of the cardiovascular diseases is related with qi stagnation
phlegm stagnation
fire stagnation
and food stagnation
and they are also the pathological factors leading to the aggregation of disease. The root deficiency is mainly the deficiency of qi
blood
yin and yang
and malnutrition of heart and mind. The manifestation excess is mostly the stagnation of qi
blood
phlegm
and fire
which makes the unsmooth movement of blood. The treatment should focus on relieving depression on the basis of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
