By dissecting the close relationship between the disease and syndrome
and comprehensively analyzing the data related to the disease syndrome
this paper summarized three aspects basic relationships between the disease and syndrome
which were level
scope and degree. In the depth of level
it is reflected as the disease process changing from simple to complex; in terms of scope
the different stages of the disease correspond to a single syndrome
a composite syndrome or a syndrome group; in terms of severity
it refers to the strength of the association between the disease process and different syndromes. In terms of structure level
the topological analysis of the inner structure level of syndromes is used to construct an analysis model of the association level of disease syndrome through the hierarchy of disease structure and the level of syndrome structure. In terms of the scope of association
through the scope of disease spread and the number of syndromes
a complex data network with the scope of disease syndrome is established
and an analytical model for the association range of disease syndrome is constructed. In terms of the degree of association
through the severity of the disease and the complexity of the syndrome
the multivariate degree of the syndrome association intensity was quantified
and an analytical model of the degree of association of the disease was constructed. The analysis of disease syndrome data by the above-mentioned complex scientific methods is a feasible method to deeply understand the relationship between disease and syndrome
and it is expected to establish an analytical methodology based on the overall status of disease-related data.
