Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a lung disease with higher incidence in recent years. The median survival period is short
and the prognosis is poor. There is an inseparable relationship between the liver and lung in terms of physiology and pathology. Combined with the clinical theory of "lung generates blood"
it is believed that there is a comprehensive axis system between the liver and lung that flows qi and blood
which is based on blood circulation
namely hepatic and pulmonary circulation axis. The proposal of this axial system has obvious theoretical support for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis
and provides the idea of treating it from "phlegm".
