摘要

"和"与"变"的思想在中医配伍组方中随处可见

临证时应以病因病机为纲

审因立法

组方依法

用药精当

灵活配伍

通过"知变"的思维方式"致和"。通过阐析左金丸方中"和"与"变"的对立统一

"和"中寓"变"

"变"中求"和"

启迪后学应以"循生生之道"以不变应万般疾病之变。

Abstract

The idea of "harmony"and "change"can be seen everywhere in the compatibility of medicinals in traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）. In clinical treatment

the doctor should base on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease

combine the medicinal according to law. The use of medicine with flexible compatibility should be through the "change "thinking "to harmony ". By analyzing the unity and oppositions between "harmony " and"change"in Zuojin Pills（左金丸）

"change"lives in"harmony"and"change"is to be"harmony". It enlightens the later generations to follow "the way of life"to face the changes of diseases.
