Parkinson′s disease is a common chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly people
and the occurrence of Levodopa-induced dyskinesia(LID) in the middle and late stage is almost inevitable. In this paper
the pathogenesis
characteristics and symptoms of dyskinesia of Parkinson′s disease were discussed based on the theory of "stirring wind due to yang deficiency". The location of the disease was mainly liver
kidney and spleen. The pathological features were mainly yang deficiency
and was related to wind
phlegm and blood stasis. Due to the deficiency of yang
hollow and deficienct meridians and collaterals
tendons and veins are lack of nourishment
resulting in internal wind formation and dyskinesia. Warming the kidney and nourishing the liver and warming yang to extinguish wind should be the basic treatment principle for the treatment of LID. In clinical application
other flexible prescriptions such as invigorating the spleen
resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis can be considered.
