Traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） thinking method has been one of the hot spots in the research of TCM for more than 10 years

but problems such as unclear concepts

logical confusion

lack of top-level design

insufficient innovation

and poor practicality have been very prominent. In view of the above problems

it is proposed that in the current research of TCM thinking methods

we must pay attention to mastering the basic knowledge of thinking science and clarifying the basic concepts; constructing a TCM thinking method system framework and clarifying the research content; clarifying the original problems of TCM thinking and avoiding research bias.The core is to strengthen the popularization of related knowledge such as thinking science
