摘要

经过数千年历史变迁及历代医家的研究与临床实践

火针疗法的适应证从早期的寒证、痹证逐渐扩展到现在的120多个病种

其功效也从简单的温经散寒拓展为以热引热、补虚泻实、"破""立"平衡等

逐步得以完善。通过梳理历代火针治疗病种以及相关禁忌症的变迁

整理火针功效由局限到逐步完善的历史脉络

为火针的临床应用提供参考。

Abstract

After thousands of years of historical changes and the clinical practice of medical doctors of generations

the indications for fire needling therapy have gradually expanded from the early cold syndrome and arthralgia to more than 120 disease types

and its effect has also expanded from warming meridans for expelling cold to introducing warmth by warmth

supplementing deficiency and treating excess syndrome with purgative methods

balancing"breaking" and "making" etc

which are gradually improved. By sorting out the changes of fire needling treatments and related contraindications in previous dynasties

the history of fire needling from the limitation to the gradual improvement is sorted out to provide a reference for the clinical application of fire needling.
