This paper summarized professor FENG Xianzhang′s experience in treating psoriasis with blood-heat pattern. It is considered that the blood-heat type psoriasis has similar etiology and transmission law with the warm disease; the pathogenesis is internal constraint with blood-heat as well as blood stasis damaging to liquid; the blood-heat type psoriasis also has the characteristics of acute onset and rapid progress. and modification on formulas are conducted according to the syndrome differentiation at wei level
