摘要

随着国家中医药战略的实施

中医药领域医学伦理学的专项建设和体系发展需求日益凸显。通过对我国医学伦理学发展现状及在中医药领域存在问题的系统梳理

基于与科技创新共同发展、结合自身发展规律、建立高效整合的伦理审查平台、加强基础研究的伦理国际认可度等发展需求

提出建立立足本土的伦理规范、建立中医药行业伦理审查体系、高效整合多维伦理学资源、培养跨学科的伦理人才队伍等中医药领域医学伦理学发展建议

以全力推动中医药临床及基础研究规范、有序、深入地发展。

Abstract

With the implementation of the national strategy of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） development

the need for constructing special system on TCM ethics has become increasingly prominent. This paper systematically reviewed the current situation of TCM ethics and summarized the existing problems. To realize the co-development with science and technology innovation and to highlight the specific characteristics of TCM ethics

an efficient and comprehensive platform for TCM ethics review should be constructed

and measures should be taken to promote the international recognition of TCM ethical issues in basic researches; additionally

the development plan of TCM ethics is put forward

such as to formulate ethical standards

to create ethical review system specifically for TCM

to integrate multi-dimensional ethical resources

and to cultivate an interdisciplinary team of ethical talents

all of which are committed to fully promoting the development of TCM ethics in a standardized

orderly and thorough way.
