摘要

总结郭淑云教授治疗胃痛血瘀证的临证经验。根据胃痛血瘀证的病证特点，提出从出血致瘀、胃黏膜镜下表现、钡餐造影及舌象特点辨“有形之瘀”，从胃痛的发作时间及程度、病程、腹胀的体征辨“无形之瘀”。认为无形之瘀与有形之瘀存在一定的量变转化关系，在治疗上，根据胃痛血瘀证病机特点，常用金铃子散、失笑散和丹参饮为主方加味治疗。

Abstract

This paper summarized the clinical experience of GUO Shuyun in treating stomachache with blood stasis pattern. It is proposed to differentiate the tangible stasis on the basis of the characteristics of stomachache with blood stasis pattern through bleeding causing stasis， gastric mucosal appearance， barium meal angiography and tongue manifestation； moreover， the onset time and degree， disease duration and abdominal distention features are referred to when differentiating the intangible stasis. It is considered that there is quantitative transformation between tangible and intangible stasis. And in clinical practice，

（金铃子散），

Shixiao Powder

（失笑散） and

Danshen Beverage

（丹参饮） are mainly prescribed and are modified according to the pathogenic characteristics of stomachache with blood stasis pattern.
