摘要

微炎症状态普遍存在于多种慢性疾病之中，其本质是免疫性炎症。中医湿证是临床常见的中医证型，其发病特点和临床表现与微炎症状态具有高度相似性。结合既往研究结果，阐述中医湿证与微炎症状态在宏观表象、发病特点上的共同点和相似性，并从现代疾病如肥胖症、慢性肾脏病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等方面探讨湿证与微炎症的相关性，从肠道菌群、水分和脂质代谢三个角度探讨二者可能存在的生物学机制联系，提出微炎症状态可能是中医湿证在病理变化上的重要体现之一。

Abstract

Micro-inflammatory state is commonly seen in multiple chronic diseases， and the essence is immune inflammation. Dampness syndrome is a common clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， whose pathogenesis and clinical manifestations are highly similar to the micro-inflammation state. This paper summarized the similarities between TCM dampness syndrome and micro-inflammation state in the macroscopic appearance and pathogenesis characteristics based on the previous research results， and explored the correlations between them from the perspectives of modern diseases such as obesity， chronic kidney disease， and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease； moreover， the possible relations on biological mechanism were investigated from the perspectives of intestinal flora， water and lipid metabolism， inferring that the micro-inflammatory state may be one important manifestation of the pathological changes of TCM dampness syndrome.
