  杨文明（1964—），男，安徽中医药大学教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师，第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，国家中医药管理局重点专科全国脑病协作组组长，国家区域中医脑病诊疗中心负责人。在中医脑病领域建树颇丰，特别是在神经系统疑难病方面，提出了肝豆状核变性以“铜毒”为基础的“伏邪”病因理论，认为痰瘀互结是肝豆状核变性的主要病机；提出老年痴呆的“虚-痰瘀”致呆模式，“正虚血瘀”是帕金森病的基本病机，运用“鸡尾酒疗法”治疗神经系统变性疾病。

摘要

总结杨文明教授运用疏风豁痰、化瘀通络法治疗偏头痛的临证经验。认为风、痰、瘀是偏头痛的主要致病因素，风、痰、瘀上壅清窍，络脉不通为本病病机，据此立法创制舒天止痛汤。指出瘀血贯穿于偏头痛病程始终，善用虫类药活血逐瘀，通络止痛；强调调畅情志，合理饮食，忌食肥甘刺激之品以免偏头痛反复发作。

Abstract

This paper summarized YANG Wenming's experience in treating migraine with the methods of scattering wind and eliminating phlegm， dissolving stasis and unblocking the collaterals. It is believed that wind， phlegm， stasis are the main pathogenic factors of migraine， and the upper congestion of the seven orifices and the obstruction of the collaterals are the pathogenesis. Therefore，

Shutian Zhitong Decoction

（舒天止痛汤） is developed. As the static blood exists throughout the whole course of the migraine， insect-origin medicine is used to invigorate blood and expel stasis， unblock the collaterals and relieve pain； additionally， the regulation of the emotions， keeping reasonable diet and avoiding fatty and sweet products are advised to prevent from the repeated migraine attacks.
