摘要

目的

挖掘《普济方》中治疗胸痹心痛的相关方剂，探索其用药规律。

方法

筛选《普济方》中治疗胸痹心痛的方剂，建立数据库，将纳入的方剂借助中医传承辅助系统平台（v 2.5.0）进行频数分析、关联规则分析和熵聚类分析。

结果

共收集方剂126首，包括中药127味。使用频次较高的药物有肉桂（69次）、甘草（39次）、干姜（33次）、吴茱萸（31次）等，其中药性以温、热为主，分别占药性总频次的51.3%、22.7%；药味以辛味为主，占药味总频次的41.2%；药物多归脾经，占药物归经总频次的23.2%；关联规则分析得出15组支持度≥15的高频药对，前三位分别为干姜-肉桂、甘草-肉桂、肉桂-吴茱萸；11条置信度≥0.6的关联规则，前三位相关药物分别为细辛-肉桂、人参-肉桂、白术-肉桂；熵聚类算法得到核心药物6组，新方3首，所用药物多有温阳、补中、理气、活血之效。

结论

初步探索出《普济方》中治疗胸痹心痛的用药规律为善用温法、心脾同治、气血同调。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the prescriptions for treating chest

bì

（痹） and heartache in the

Formulas for Universal Relief

（《普济方》）， and to analyze its medication rules based on the data mining technology.

Methods

The prescriptions for treating chest

bì

and heartache in the

Formulas for Universal Relief

were screened， and the corresponding database was built. Based on the V2.5.0 software of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） Inheritance System，the collected prescriptions were analyzed through frequency analysis， association rule analysis and entropy clustering analysis.

Results

Totally 126 prescriptions were included， involving 127 medicinal herbs. The most frequently used herbs were Rougui （

Cortex Cinnamomi，

69 times）， Gancao （

Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae，

39 times）， Ganjiang （

Rhizoma Zingiberis，

33 times）， Wuzhuyu （

Fructus Evodiae，

31 times）. In terms of the medicinal nature， the drugs were mainly warm （51.3%） and hot （22.7%）； the medicinal flavor was mainly acrid （41.2%）； most herbs entered into the spleen meridian （23.2%）. According to the association rules analysis， 15 drug pairs with support degree≥15 were obtained， among which the top three were Ganjiang-Rougui， Gancao-Rougui， and Rougui-Wuzhuyu. According to the association rules， 11 drug pairs with confidence ≥ 0.6 were obtained， and the top three were Xixin （

Radix et Rhizoma Asari

）-Rougui， Renshen （

Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng

）-Rougui， and Baizhu （

Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae

）-Rougui. Six groups of core herbs and three new prescriptions were obtained by entropy clustering algorithm， and most of the herbs used in new prescriptions have the effects of warming

Conclusion

The Medicaton rules for treating chest

and heartache in the

Formulas for Universal Relief

are focusing on warming methods， treating the heart and spleen， and the
