摘要

从循证医学角度，结合中医理论，探讨构建融合多模态多维度多元化的医学诊疗信息的、可用于临床的缺血性中风（IS）复发预警与风险评估模型，进而开展新型系统性的临床辅助决策系统研究具有重要的临床意义。从利用证据资源创建IS复发风险评估模型及管理系统可使中医临床优势有机联系创新基础研究、通过全息信息网络证据系统筛选IS复发相关风险因素优化循证核心指标集及中医证据结构层次、基于多模态网络理论构建的IS复发评估风险模型的临床定位方面，探讨采用现代系统生物学、基因组学、影像组学等相关研究优化中医循证核心指标集及证据结构层次，融合贝叶斯网络、Elman神经网络、共享脆弱等深度机器学习建模方法构建突出中医特色的IS复发风险评估预警系统指标体系，以推动中医药防治IS的研究与国际接轨。

Abstract

From the perspective of evidence-based medicine and based on the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theories， it is of great clinical significance to construct an early warning and risk assessment model for the recurrence of ischemic stroke （IS）， which integrates multi-modal， multi-dimensional and diversified medical diagnosis and treatment information. This paper introduced three aspects as follows： using evidence sources to create a risk assessment model and management system for IS recurrence which can organically link the clinical advantages of TCM and innovate to the basic research； screening the risk factors related to recurrence through holographic information network evidence system which can optimize the core outcome set and the structure level of TCM evidence； constructing the risk assessment model for IS recurrence based on multimodal network concept has clinical significance. In order to promote the researches on TCM for prevention and treatment of IS being in line with international standards， it is necessary to optimize the core outcome set and evidence structure level of TCM by using modern systems biology， genomics， imageomics and others， and tointegrate with Bayesian network， Elman neural network， shared vulnerability and other deep machine learning modeling methods to build a TCM-specific risk assessment and early warning system for IS recurrence.
