摘要

基于临床经验和基础数据统计分析，提出“亚临床多囊卵巢综合征”这一假说，并以月经周期推迟、18.5≤体重指数＜30、眉毛浓密、眉毛颜色发亮、下颏痤疮、0.7 cm＜子宫内膜厚度≤1.0 cm、1＜促黄体生成素/促卵泡雌激素≤2、1.5 pg/ml＜游离睾酮≤2 pg/ml、3 ng/ml≤抗苗勒氏管激素＜5 ng/ml、间或发生未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征1次为其典型临床表现集。并根据“亚临床多囊卵巢综合征”肾虚、痰湿、血瘀之关键病因病机，同时结合中医学“治未病”思想，提出温阳法为该病治疗总则。

Abstract

Based on the clinical experience and basic data analysis， the concept of subclinical polycystic ovary syndrome is proposed. And its typical clinical manifestations include delayed menstrual cycle， 18.5≤BMI＜30， thick eyebrows， bright eyebrows， chin acne， 0.7 cm＜endometrial thickness≤1.0 cm， 1＜luteinizing hormone/follicular stimulating estrogen≤2， 1.5 pg/ml＜free testosterone ≤2 pg/ml， 3 ng/ml≤anti-mullerian hormone＜5 ng/ml， occasional occurrence of unruptured follicle luteinization syndrome once. As the key pathogenesis of subclinical polycystic ovary syndrome is kidney deficiency， phlegm damp and blood stasis， it is suggested to use

-warming method as general principle based on the theory of “treat disease before it arises”.
