摘要

患者指南（PVGs）是为满足患者及公众的健康需求而产生的，其制定从目标人群感兴趣的健康问题出发，确定临床问题，检索最佳证据，充分纳入目标人群的价值观和意愿，综合利弊，形成可执行的推荐意见以供公众使用。除作为宣传教育工具外，PVGs还可作为一种传播中医药文化的载体。将PVGs引入中医药循证指南领域，既是满足国民对中医药诊疗技术的健康需求，又是现代中医药不断发展和完善的重要方式。中医药PVGs的探索工作，需要在借鉴国外优质PVGs制定方法学流程的基础上，结合中国国情，充分考虑中医药“未病先防”的特色及优势，探索出独具中医特色且兼具人文关怀的PVGs。在中医药PVGs探索工作的起步阶段，明确中医药发展的优势领域，规范中医药PVGs方法学流程十分重要。从PVGs引入中医药领域的必要性及中医药PVGs探索的重点及策略方面，为今后中医药PVGs的制定工作提供参考。

Abstract

Patient version of guidelines （PVGs） are produced to meet the health needs of patients and the public. They are formulated from the health issues of interest to the target population， and provide recommendations in usable format for the public by defining clinical questions， searching the best available evidence， taking full considerations of the values and preferences of the target population， and balancing between benefits and harms. PVGs are not only educational tools but also a carrier for the dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） culture. The introduction of PVGs into TCM evidence-based guidelines meets the health needs of diagnosis and treatment technology， and promotes the development and improvement of modern TCM. It is suggested to develop PVGs with TCM specific features as well as humanities by learning from international high-quality development methods of PVGs， taking consideration of China's national condition， and analyzing the specific characteristics and advantages of TCM in “preventing disease before it arises”. In the initial stage， it is important to clarify the dominant area of TCM and standardize the methodology of PVGs. This paper provides reference for future development of PVGs in TCM by discussing the necessity of PVGs in TCM and describing the focus area of future exploration and the related strategy.
