摘要

从起源概况、作用机制研究及临床研究三个方面总结针灸治疗成瘾性疾病的研究概况。发现针灸治疗成瘾性疾病起源于针刺麻醉；作用机制研究多集中在中脑边缘多巴胺系统，通过调节成瘾相关神经递质发挥作用；针灸疗法在临床应用主要起辅助治疗的作用，具有缓解戒断症状、降低成瘾复发率、整体调节的作用。建议在今后针灸治疗成瘾性疾病的研究中，注重针灸对成瘾作用机制的探索，开展规范临床研究以评价临床疗效，为针灸治疗成瘾性疾病提供更为科学有力的证据。
