摘要

总结张磊教授从瘀论治顽固性便秘并结肠黑变病的临证经验。认为顽固性便秘并结肠黑变病当从瘀立论，常见病因是饮食不节、情志失调、久坐及误用下法等，核心病机为肠络瘀阻。提出以活血化瘀、和调气血、润肠通便为主要治法，运用血府逐瘀汤作为基本方加减治疗，并认为血府逐瘀汤气药、血药、润药并用，有气血同调、攻补兼施之效，同时强调服药方法和日常调护在疾病治疗中的重要性。

Abstract

This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor ZHANG Lei in the treatment of intractable constipation accompanied by melanosis coli （MC） from the perspective of stasis. It is believed that the awareness of the intractable constipation accompanied by MC initiates from stasis， having the common causes such as improper diet， emotional disorders， sedentariness， and misuse of purgative method， and the core pathogenesis is intestinal collateral stasis obstruction. For clinical treatment， the method of invigorating blood and dissolving stasis， harmonizing and regulating

and blood， and moistening the intestines to promote defecation is mainly recommended.

Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction

（血府逐瘀汤） is commonly used as the basic prescription for further modifications， as it brings medi-cinals focused on

， blood and moistening together， and has the function of regulating

and blood simultaneously， and taking treatment with both attack and supplementation. At the same time， the importance of medication methods and daily care in the treatment is emphasized.
