摘要

卫气虚证为临床常见证候，在实际应用中存在着内涵与外延界定不清晰的现象。通过收集卫气虚证、肺卫气虚证的相关文献，对其诊断依据及临床表现等信息进行提取，分析卫气虚证的应用现状，梳理卫气的概念、功能及其与脏腑之间的关系，明确了卫气虚证的内涵即是因卫气亏虚致其护卫肌表，抗御外邪，温煦皮肤、腠理、肌肉及司汗孔开阖功能的失调，并伴有气虚表现的一种证候类型。认为未来可从证候要素的角度入手，围绕卫气功能失调及气虚两个维度来建立卫气虚证诊断标准，以期促进证候研究的规范化、标准化。

Abstract

As a common clinical syndrome， w

（卫气） deficiency is still not clearly defined in terms of its connotation and denotation in the clinical practice. This paper clarifies the connotation of

wei qi

deficiency syndrome by reviewing literature relevant to

wei qi

deficiency and lung

wei qi

deficiency， collecting data on diagnosis and clinical manifestations， and sorting out the concept and function of w

ei qi

and its relationship with the

zang

organs （脏腑）， that is， due to the deficiency of

wei qi

， its function of protecting the fleshy exterior， resisting external pathogens， warming the skin， striae and interstices， and muscles， and opening and closing the sweat pores is damaged， accompanied by

deficiency. It is believed that in the future， we can establish the diagnostic criteria of

wei qi

deficiency syndrome initially from the perspective of syndrome elements， and around the two dimensions of

wei qi

dysfunction and

deficiency， in order to promote the standardization of syndrome research.
