摘要

基于“肝与大肠相通”，认为二者气化相通、五行相关、功能互助，可指导小儿非特异性肠系膜淋巴结炎（BS）的辨治。提出BS以肝肠气机失调为发病基础，痰瘀稽留成积为病机关键，主张从肝论治。提出调肝为主以调畅气机、化痰除积的主要治法，并随证配合健脾和胃、通腑导滞、温通经络等法，常用四逆散或抑肝散加减。

Abstract

According to the theory that “the liver and the large intestine are connected”， it is believed that

transformation of the two are connected， having the correlation of the five phases and mutual promotion of their functions. The diagnosis and treatment of Brennemann syndrome in children can be guided by this theory. The disorder of liver-intestinal

movement is the basic pathogenesis of the disease， and the accumulation of phlegm and stasis is the key. It is recommended to treat the disease from the liver， with the main treatment method of regulating the liver to unblock the

movement and dissolve phlegm and accumulation. The different methods of fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the stomach， dredging the bowels and removing stagnation， warming and unblocking channels and collate-rals are supplemented according to the syndromes， and the modified

Sini Powder

（四逆散） and

Yigan Powder

（抑肝散） are commonly used.
