摘要

总结肖承悰教授运用温肾散寒活血法治疗子宫内膜异位性痛经的临证经验。认为子宫内膜异位性痛经的基本病机是肾阳不足为本、寒凝血瘀为标，主张以温肾散寒活血为基本治法进行分期论治。经前期及经期治以温肾散寒、活血止痛，常用胡芦巴丸合失笑散加减化裁；经后期治以温肾散寒、活血消癥，常用新拟胡芦巴丸，并坚持中医辨证与西医辨病相结合，注重标本同治。

Abstract

This paper summarized the clinical experience of professor XIAO Chengzong in treating endometriosis dysmenorrhea with the method of warming the kidney， dissipating cold and activating blood. In terms of the basic pathogenesis of endometriosis dysmenorrhea， insufficiency of kidney yang is the root， and blood stasis due to congealing cold is the branch. The basic treatment principle is warming kindey， dissipating cold and activating blood， and staged treatment is recommended. For premenstrual and menstrual periods， the method of warming kidney and dissipating cold， activating blood and relieving pain is used， and modifications based on

Huluba Pills

（胡芦巴丸） plus

Shixiao Powder

（失笑散） are commonnly used. For post-menstural period， it is recommended to take the method of warming kidney and dissipating cold， activating blood and dispersing concretions， mainly with newly made

Huluba Pills.

Additionally，

it is advised to combine syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine and disease diagnosis in western medicine， and treat the root and the branch simultaneously.
