摘要

帕金森病肌强直属中医学“痉病”的范畴。认为阳气虚衰、筋失柔养是帕金森病肌强直的病机关键，并据此提出通阳柔筋为主要治则。临床选取大椎、筋缩、命门组成“督三针”以治之，在操作时注重深刺久留针，并可配合手挛三针（极泉、尺泽、内关）与足挛三针（鼠蹊、阴陵泉、三阴交）以协调和平衡主动肌与拮抗肌的肌张力，增强疗效。

Abstract

Myotonia in Parkinson's disease belongs to the category of “convulsive disease” in traditional Chinese medicine. It is believed that the

yang qi

depletion and sinew losing softness and nourishment are the key pathogenesis， and the treatment principle is mainly unblocking

yang

and softening sinew.Clinically， du mai three-needle therapy using Dazhui （GV 14）， Jinsuo （GV 8） and Mingmen （GV 4） acupoints is suggested， and deep needling and long-term retention is advised. Three needles for hand spasm at Jiquan （HT 1）， Chize （LU 5） and Neiguan （PC 6） and three needles for foot spasm at Shuqi （at the intersection of the middle and outer 1/3 of the groin）， Yinlingquan （SP 9） and Sanyinjiao （SP 6） can be combined to regulate and balance the muscle tension of agonist muscles and antagonist muscles and to enhance the curative effect.
