摘要

基于调气解毒法探讨溃疡性结肠炎“炎-癌”转化的病机，认为气机失常，内生“热、瘀、湿”病邪胶结于大肠，邪气不解，日久成毒，以致引发癌变。临床运用调气解毒法进行防治，提出通腑气、调血气和健脾气的调气之法以荡热毒、散瘀毒和化湿毒；同时根据不同阶段毒邪致病特点，灵活组合运用调气解毒的不同方法，以期截断溃疡性结肠炎“炎-癌”转化的进程。

Abstract

Based on the method of regulating

and resolving toxins， this paper discussed the core pathogenesis of “inflammation-cancer” transformation of ulcerative colitis. It is believed that the disorder of

movement， endogenous pathogenic factors of “heat， stasis and dampness” are cemented in the large intestine， and the pathogenic factors are too excessive to be solved， which will become toxic after a long time and lead to cancerous changes. Clinical prevention and treatment applies the method of regulating

and resolving toxins， and the method of regulating

was proposed as clearing internal

， regulating blood

and strengthening spleen

， so as to clear heat， dissipate blood stasis and dissolve dampness； different methods of regulating

and resolving toxins were flexibly combined according to the pathogenic characteristics of different stages of toxicity， in order to interrupt the process of “inflammation-cancer” transformation of ulcerative colitis.
