摘要

认为单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎以风、热（火）、湿、虚为主要病理因素，临证将其分为发作期及间歇期进行辨治。发作早期以肝经风热或肝胆火炽为关键病机，其中肝经风热证常用祛风散热解毒方以疏风清热、退翳明目，肝胆火炽证常用龙胆泻毒方以清泻肝胆、退翳明目；发作中期以湿热内蕴为关键病机，常用三仁解毒方以清热除湿、退翳明目；发作后期以阴虚内热为关键病机，常用滋阴退翳明目方以滋阴降火、退翳明目；间歇期以气阴两虚、余热内伏为关键病机，常用益气养阴祛邪方以益气养阴、退翳明目。同时重视联合应用西药治疗、中药超声雾化熏眼治疗、食疗、中医运动养生功法等，以促进单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎好转并预防复发。
