摘要

基于“虚、毒、瘀”探讨复发性肉芽肿性乳腺炎的病机与治疗。认为复发性肉芽肿性乳腺炎的主要病机为脾胃亏虚，同时各种病因持续或间断存在使余毒未清，导致乳腺局部经络瘀阻，蕴结成块，郁久化脓发病。脏腑气血亏虚是主要病因，余毒未清是发病的关键因素。治疗以托法为主，托中有消，透中有补，补宜温通，毒应化解，瘀要化散，方以托里消毒散加减或自拟浆乳2号方为主。结合虚、毒、瘀偏重不同辨证论治，扶正托毒，活血通络，灵活加减，促进疾病治愈。

Abstract

To explore the pathogenesis and treatment of recurrent granulomatous mastitis based on "deficiency， toxin and blood stasis".
