摘要

脓毒症具有发病机制复杂、病情进展迅速、临床治疗难度较大的特点，中西医结合治疗具有一定优势。目前尚乏统一、客观的证候诊断标准，影响临床准确辨证治疗。因此，依据证候诊断标准建立的思路与方法，围绕病证结合模式下证候诊断标准建立的关键环节，研制了《脓毒症中医证候诊断标准（2025）》，以适用于脓毒症中医/中西医结合临床、教学及科研工作。

Abstract

Sepsis is characterised by complex pathogenesis， rapid progression of the disease and greater difficulty in clinical treatment， and the integration of Chinese and western medicine has certain advantages. Currently， there is still a lack of uniform and objective diagnostic criteria， which affects the accurate clinical diagnosis and treatment. Therefore， based on the ideas and methods of establishing diagnostic criteria for traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome， and focusing on the key aspects of establishing diagnostic criteria for syndrome under the disease-syndrome combination model， the

） has been developed， which can be applied to TCM/integration of Chinese and western medicine for sepsis in clinics， teaching and scientific research.
