This paper summarized professor XU Runsan's clinical experience in using insect-derived medicinal herbs for the treatment of gynecological diseases. IT is believed that gynecological disorders are often related to deficiency and stasis. Insect-derived medicinal herbs， being intimately connected to blood and flesh， and possessing a natrual affinity for these vital elemenents， can attack， move， disperse， and are particularly effective at removing blood stasis.
