To analyze the immune function regulation of

Yiqi Fuyuan Paste

（益气复元膏方） for population with

qi

deficiency constitution and subhealth conditions， and its influence on the objective characteristic para-meters of tongue and pulse manifestations.

Methods

A total of 70 sub-health participants with

qi

deficiency constitutions were included and divided into a control group and a treatment group， with 35 participants in each group. The control group was given guidance on a healthy lifestyle， and the treatment group was additionally given

Yiqi Fuyuan Paste

. The treatment course for both groups was 60 days. Compare the scores of symptom factors of

qi

deficiency constitution， the conversion score of

qi

deficiency constitution， and the sub-health scale score between groups before and after treatment； measure the levels of peripheral serum immune markers such as ［CD4

+

， CD4

+

/CD8

+

ratio， immunoglobulin A （IgA）， immunoglobulin G （IgG）， immunoglobulin M （IgM）， interferon-γ （IFN-γ）， interleukin-6 （IL-6） and interleukin-2 （IL-2）. Before and after intervention， measure tongue image data including Lab-a， Lab-b， Lab-L， and pulse image data including the ratio of the amplitude of the pre-systolic wave to the main wave amplitude （h3/h1）， width at the upper 1/3 of the main wave and corresponding time phase ratio （w/t）， main wave amplitude and left ventricular rapid ejection phase time value ratio （h1/t1）， and left ventricular rapid ejection phase time value （t1）］.

Compared with that before intervention， the scores of

qi

deficiency symptoms and the

qi

deficiency transformation score in the treatment group decreased， while the subhealth scale score increased （
