摘要

中成药与西药联合应用，在缓解冠心病患者心绞痛症状、增加运动耐量、提高生活质量、减少心血管事件发生等方面具有一定优势。目前临床实践中救心丸已被广泛地用于治疗冠心病心绞痛，有必要在既往应用研究的基础上制定专家共识作为临床用药指导文件，故组织国内中医、西医、中西医结合心血管病专家及临床药学、方法学专家，总结救心丸临床应用经验及研究成果，完成了《救心丸治疗冠心病临床应用专家共识》，旨在服务临床医师，为救心丸临床规范应用提供指导。

The combined use of traditional Chinese patent medicine and western medicine offers certain advantages in alleviating angina symptoms， increasing exercise tolerance， improving quality of life， and reducing the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. （救心丸） have been widely applied in the treatment of CHD and angina pectoris. Based on existing clinical research and application， it is deemed necessary to formulate an expert consensus to guide clinical medication.
