摘要

总结翟双庆教授运用驱虫药从郁、痰、毒论治神志病的临证经验。认为神志病存在郁、痰、毒的病机演变过程及相应的三个发展阶段。结合古籍相关论述和临证经验，提出“虫”可指代具有损耗精气、如虫侵蚀之象的邪气，并归纳出驱虫药调气、祛痰、解毒的功效。临床上以自拟调神开郁汤、化痰调神汤、解毒调神汤合调中汤为基础方化裁，方中灵活运用槟榔、使君子、乌梅、榧子、雷丸等驱虫药，从调气理中开郁、化痰熄风泻火、扶正补虚攻毒三个角度论治神志病，以分别应对神志病郁、痰、毒的三个阶段，为神志病的中医临床诊疗提供参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes Professor ZHAI Shuangqing's clinical experience in using anthelmintic herbs to treat mental disorders from the perspectives of depression ， phlegm， and toxin. He proposes that the pathogenesis of mental disorders involves an evolving process characterized by depression， phlegm， and toxin， corresponding to three progressive stages. Drawing on classical texts and clinical practice， he further interprets the concept of "worms" as a metaphor for pathogenic factors that deplete essence and corrode the body like parasites. Anthelmintic herbs are therefore summarized to function in regulating

， resolving phlegm， and detoxifying. In clinical application， treatment is mainly based on self-formulated prescriptions such as

Tiaoshen Kaiyu Decoction

（调神开郁汤），

Huatan Tiaoshen Decoction

（化痰调神汤），

Jiedu Tiaoshen Decoction

（解毒调神汤） and

Tiaozhong Decoction

（调中汤）， with flexible use of anthelmintic herbs such as Binglang （

Arecae Semen

）， Shijunzi （

Quisqualis Fructus

）， Wumei （

Mume Fructus

）， Feizi （

Torreyae Semen

） and Leiwan （

Omphalia

）. From three therapeutic perspectives of regulating

， harmonizing the middle， and relieving depression， resolving phlegm， calming wind， and clearing fire， as well as strengthening the body， tonifying deficiency， and eliminating toxin， Professor ZHAI treats different stages of mental disorders， thereby providing valuable insights for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders in traditional Chinese medicine.
