摘要

基于“体脏合痹”理论深化痹病病位认识。通过梳理历代医家对痹病的相关论述，阐释“五体痹”与“脏腑痹”的病位，并将形体官窍、奇恒之腑纳入痹病病位范畴。结合中医学理论，阐释痹病以气血津精为物质基础，循经络网络，在体表（五体、官窍）与在里（脏腑、奇恒之腑）之间相互影响、传变的病机规律，分析风湿免疫病呈现多系统损害、慢性迁延、虚实夹杂等临床特征的中医内在机制，为风湿免疫病诊疗提供中医理论新范式。

Abstract

This study deepens the understanding of the disease location of

（痹）

syndrome

based on "

of both body and viscera" theory. By reviewing classical and modern medical discussions on

bi syndrome

， the paper elucidates the disease location of "

of five body constituents" and "

zang

organs （脏腑）"， while

also incorporating body and orifices， extraordinary organs into the scope of

syndrome localization. Integrating traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theory， this study explicates how

syndrome， grounded in the material basis of

， blood， fluids， and essence， follows the meridian network and exhibits pathomechanisms of mutual influence and transmission between the exterior （the five body constituents and sensory orifices） and the interior （the viscera and the extraordinary organs）. It further analyzes the intrinsic TCM mechanisms behind the clinical features of rheumatic immune diseases， namely multisystem involvement， chronic protraction， and the intermingling of deficiency and excess， thereby offering a new TCM theoretical paradigm for their diagnosis and treatment.
