摘要

系统梳理近20年来关于脾胃病学科发展的古典文献研究现状。脾胃病学科发展方面，脾胃病及各具体疾病相关理论的发展大致可分为先秦两汉的奠基阶段、魏晋至唐宋的发展阶段、金元时期的鼎盛阶段、明清时期的完善阶段，经典理论则呈现既传承有序，又学派间争鸣的融合态势；脾胃病相关病名从一病多名、多病混称，逐步衍变至指代明晰，再到规律命名。脾胃病辨治思想方面，通过梳理各病种辨治关键节点，发现历代医家开展的文献整理结合临床实践推动了脾胃病辨治体系化发展。在文献整理类编的基础上，出版了《中医临床病证大典·脾胃病卷》《历代名家脾胃病医论医案集萃》等专科著作。现代技术应用方面，尝试利用现代生物信息学技术阐释“内伤脾胃，百病由生”等经典理论。基于现状提出未来应深化文史与临床互证相关研究，引入循证医学理念与方法对古籍中的诊疗方案开展科学评价，依托现代信息技术革新古籍利用方式，以促进古典文献在现代脾胃病诊疗中应用。

Abstract

This paper aims to systematically review the research status of ancient classics related to the discipli-nary development of spleen-stomach diseases over the past 20 years. In terms of disciplinary development， the evolution of theories on spleen-stomach diseases and their specific subtypes can be roughly divided into four phases， the foundational phase in the Pre-Qin and Han Dynasties， the developmental phase from the Wei， Jin， Tang and Song Dynasties， the heyday phase in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties period， and the improving phase in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Classic theories showed a cohesive trend featuring both coherent inheritance and academic contention among schools. The nomenclature of spleen-stomach diseases evolved from polysemy for a single disease and confusion among multiple diseases to clear reference and standardized naming. Regarding the thoughts on syndrome differentiation and treatment for spleen-stomach diseases， we sorted out key nodes of diagnosis and treatment for various diseases， and revealed that successive generations of physicians promoted the systematic development of such diagnosis and treatment systems through integrating literature collation with clinical practice. In terms of modern technology application， attempts have been made to interpret classic theories such as "internal damage to the spleen and stomach causes various diseases" by virtue of modern bioinformatics techniques. Based on the current status， this paper proposes that future research should deepen the mutual ve

rification between literature， history and clinical practice， introduce evidence-based medicine concepts and methods to conduct scientific evaluations on diagnosis and treatment protocols in ancient classics， and innovate the utilization mode of ancient classics relying on modern information technology， so as to promote the better application of ancient classics in modern diagnosis and treatment of spleen-stomach diseases.
