摘要

“辨体-辨病-辨证”诊疗模式是基于体质学说创立的中医诊疗模式。超重/肥胖病机以脾胃虚弱、阳气虚衰为本，以痰湿凝聚为标，临证运用“辨体-辨病-辨证”诊疗模式治疗该病应首先辨体，根据体质制定生活方式调整方案；其次辨病，应用针药结合治疗超重/肥胖，中药常用自拟调脂减肥方，针刺予调泌针法，同时根据合并症加减；最后辨证，将超重/肥胖分为脾虚湿阻证、胃肠实热证、肝郁气滞证、脾肾阳虚证四种证型，辨证加减用药或针刺穴位，组方取穴，精准施治。

Abstract

The "constitution-disease-syndrome differentiation" diagnosis and treatment model is a traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic system established on the basis of constitution theory. The pathogenesis of overweight/obesity is rooted in spleen-stomach weakness and

decline， with phlegm-dampness accumulation as the superficial manifestation. In clinic， the application of this model for treating overweight/obesity follows three key steps. Firstly， constitution differentiation， whereby lifestyle intervention plans are formulated tailored to individual constitutions. Secondly， disease differentiation by adopting combined acupuncture and medication therapy， with self-prescribed

Tiaozhi Jianfei Decoction

（调脂减肥方） combined with needling for regulating incretion， then modification according to comorbidities. Thirdly， syndrome differentiation by classifying overweight/obesity into four patterns， spleen deficiency with dampness obstruction， excessive heat in the stomach and intestines， liver stagnation and

stagnation， and spleen-kidney yang deficiency， then adjusting medications or selecting acupoints based on syndrome differentiation to achieve precise treatment through targeted prescriptions and acupoint combinations.
