摘要

基于对急性呼吸窘迫综合征现代医学核心病理改变的分析，结合中医学对急性呼吸窘迫综合征的病机认识和临床诊疗实践，认为气虚血瘀为急性呼吸窘迫综合征中后期的主要病机。提出采用益气活血法为核心治法治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征，以益气法扶正固本，调控炎症反应、改善组织修复能力下降状态，以活血法化瘀通络，纠正血栓形成及血流动力学紊乱等微循环障碍状态，二者相辅相成，可为急性呼吸窘迫综合征的治疗提供思路。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the core pathological changes of acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS） in modern medicine， and combining traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） understanding of the pathogenesis and clinical practice for ARDS， it is believed that

deficiency and blood stasis is the main pathogenesis in the middle and late stages of ARDS. It is proposed to employ the therapeutic principle of "boosting

and invigorating blood" as its primary treatment approach. The method of boosting

can reinforce healthy

and consolidate the root， regulate the inflammatory response and improve the impaired tissue repair ability， while the method of invigorating blood is used to dissolve stasis， unblock collaterals， and correct thrombus formation and hemodynamic disturbances such as microcirculation disorders. These two approaches complement each other， providing an innovative perspective for the treatment of ARDS.
