摘要

基于《中医病证诊断与疗效评价规范制修订通则》（ZY/T 10-2024）要求，起草并修订《中医内科病证诊断与疗效评价规范第1部分：哮病》（ZY/T 1.1-2025）。规定哮病的疾病诊断、分期及鉴别诊断、证候分类及诊断和疗效评价；明确急性发作期、慢性持续期与缓解期分期，按分期设置寒哮、热哮、风哮、痰哮、喘脱危证、郁哮、虚哮及肺气亏虚、肺脾气虚、肺肾两虚等证候诊断标准；建立主要指标、次要指标及其他指标分层疗效评价体系，涵盖哮喘控制率、肺功能、中医证候积分、急性发作情况等，为中医、中西医结合诊疗哮病提供行业依据。

Abstract

In accordance with the requirements of

General Revision and Development Principle for Specification of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect Evaluation of Diseases and Syndromes in Traditional Chinese Medicine

（ZY/T 10-2024）， the standard

Specification of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect Evaluation of Internal Medicine Diseases and Syndromes in Traditional Chinese Medicine： Part 1 Wheezing Disease

（ZY/T 1.1-2025） has been drafted and revised. This standard specifies the disease diagnosis， disease staging， differential diagnosis， syndrome differentiation and diagnosis， and therapeutic evaluation of wheezing disease. It defines the acute exacerbation stage， chronic persistent stage， and remission stage， and establishes the diagnostic criteria for syndromes by stages， including cold wheezing， heat wheezing， wind wheezing， phlegm wheezing， critical exhaustion-collapse wheezing， constraint wheezing， deficiency wheezing， as well as lung

depletion， lung-spleen

deficiency， and deficiency of both lung and kidney. A hierarchical therapeutic evaluation system comprising primary， secondary， and other indicators is established， covering asthma control rates， pulmonary function， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome scores， and acute exacerbation status. This standard provides an industry basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of wheezing disease in both TCM and integrated medicine.
