摘要

急性CO中毒后迟发性脑病

中医辨证为肝肾精血受损

痰浊瘀血闭阻心包所致。抗痴灵具有补肝肾

益精血

活血化瘀

祛痰开窍的功效。应用该方治疗本病80例

显效78例

有效2例

显效率为97.5％。

Abstract

In TCM

delayed encephalopathy as a result of CO poisoning falls under the category of injuries of liver -kidney- semen- blood

blockade of pericardium by filthy phlegm and stagnant blood. Since Kangchiling is a remedy capable of nourishing liver -kidney

replenishing semen- blood

activating circulation and eliminating stasis

expelling phlegm and resurrecting

it is effective for the above ailment. In this series of 80 cases

78 were markedly effective

2 effective

the rate of marked effetiveness being 97. 5%.
