摘要

以填精益髓、益气温阳、化瘀涤痰、健脑增智中药组成的智灵汤治疗老年痴呆32例

经治疗前后脑血流图、P

、脑电地形图、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、血脂分析、血浆脂质过氧化物（LPO）、修改长谷川痴呆量表（HDS）积分等项检查指标的对照比较

结果表明治疗后血清胆固醇（Tch）、甘油三酯（TG）、血浆LPO含量下降;高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、红细胞SOD活性明显提高

脑血流量增加;反应脑智能的P

潜伏期缩短

波幅提高。脑电地形图好转

HDS积分提高（P

0.05～0.01）

临床症状改善

临床总有效率81.3％。提示智灵汤治疗老年性痴呆有较好的疗效。

Abstract

32 cases of senile dementia patients were treated with Zhiling Decoction （ZLD）

which consist of Chinese traditional medical herbs with functions of Tian Jing Yi Sui. Yi Qi Wen Yang. Hua Yu Di Tan

Jian Nao Zeng Zhi. Cerebral blood flow （CBF）. P300 encephalon CT. SOI) in red blood cell

blood lipoid and plasma LPO. were observed before and after the treatment. The results indicated that plasma cholesterol and triglycerides and plasma LPO descreased significantly

high density lipoprotein. SOD in red blood cell increased clearly. CBF increased. The latency P3 was shorter and the amplitude was raised

the revised HDS marks of patients promoted （P < 0. 05 - 0. 01）. Clinical symptom was improved significantly. Total effective rate in clinical was 81. 3%. It is indicated that the ZLD had better effects on senile dementia indeed.
