Acupoint - injection of bacille Calmette-guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid （BCG - PSN） injectio at Zusanli （ST 36）

Dingchuan （EX -B 1） and Feishu （BL 13） points were used for treatment of 32 cases of bronchial asthma in hot summer days and T - lymphocyte subgroups and serum IgA

IgM and C3 contents were detected before and after treatment. Results indicated that the total effective rate was 84. 37%: acupoint-injection of PSN at Zusanli （ST 36）

Dingchuan （EX -B 1） and Feishu （BL 13） points could increase the lowered CD8+ （P <0. 01） ; decrease the increased CD4 + /CD8+ ratio （P<0. 01） ; obviously lower IgG content （P<.0. 01） and increase C3 content （P < 0. 05）. It is suggested that this method can regulate immunologic function of the organism. The method of acupoint - injection provides a simple and effective therapy for patients of bronchial asthma.
