摘要

目的:观察中药对妊娠丢失抗心磷脂抗体阳性者的影响。方法:将63例患者随机分组

中药组38例在使用传统的补肾健脾

调理冲任基本治则同时

结合活血化瘀法治疗。对照组25例则用维生素C、维生素E加叶酸治疗。结果:经3～6个月后复查

中药组38例中31例转阴

对照组25例中17例转阴（P<0.01）

差异有非常显著性意义。结果显示

中药对妊娠丢失抗心磷脂抗体阳性者有较好的转阴作用。结论:提示瘀血阻滞胞脉也可能为中医坠胎、小产、滑胎的病因病机之一。

Abstract

Purpose: To observe effects of Chinese medical herbs for pregnancy loss with anti -cardiac phospholipid antibody （ACA）. Methods: 63 cases of positive ACA were randomly divided into the Chinese drug group （38 cases） treated by tonifying kidney and strengthing spleen

combined with activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis methods

and control group （25 cases） by vitamine C. E and folic acid. Results: After 3 - 6 months. 31 cases had the antibody turned into negative in the Chinese drug group

and 17 in the control group

with a very significant difference （P<0. 01）. It is suggested that the Chinese drug has a better turning negative action for the patient. Conclusion: Obstruction of blood stasis in the Uterine Collaterals is possibly one of TCM pathogenesis and pathological causes for abortion and habitual abortion.
