Objective: To observe the levels of plasma TNF-α and NO effected by Qingjie Shenkangling and further explain the antirecurrence mechanism of Qingjie Shenkangling. Methods: 60 patients with FRNS were randomly divided into group A and B. Group B were used as the control groups. Prednisone was adopted inducing remission transplanting and tapering methods: T

was adopted 24 weeks methods; or CTX was took vein pulsion; Qingjie Shenkangling was given at 5g each time
t. i. d for totally a year. Results: The level of plasma TNF-α and serum NO of the cases with FRNS at recurrence were markedly higher than control groups (P

0. 01). After completion of therapy
TNF-α and NO levels of group A returned to normal. After completion of therapy
level of Serum CHO
