摘要

目的:观察摄涕止鼽颗粒治疗常年性变应性鼻炎（PAR）的疗效。方法:78例常年性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组

治疗组42例应用摄涕止鼽颗粒

对照组36例应用抗组胺药氯雷他定。结果:治疗组有效率为90.48%

对照组有效率为94.44%

两组疗效比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）;而治疗组远期疗效的有效率为84.21%

对照组的有效率为54.55%

两组远期疗效有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论:摄涕止鼽颗粒为临床治疗PAR的有效制剂

且远期疗效稳定

优于西药。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Sheti Zhiqiu Granules on perennial allergic rhinitis （PAR）. Methods: 78 cases of PAR were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group of 42 cases were treated by Sheti Zhiqiu Granules and the control group of 36 cases by antihistamin agent Loratadine. Results: The effective rate was 90. 48% in the treatment group and 94. 44% in the control group with no significantly difference between the two groups （P>0. 05）; The long-term effective rate was 84. 21% in the treatment group and 54. 55% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups （P<0. 05）. Conclusion: Sheti Zhiqiu Granules is effective for clinical treatment of PAR

with a stable long-term therapeutic effect

superior to Loratatine.
