摘要

目的:观察自拟补肾调冲汤治疗无排卵性功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:将128例门诊患者随机分为两组

治疗组78例

口服补肾调冲汤煎剂;对照组50例

口服安宫黄体酮。结果:治疗组痊愈率为67.9%

总有效率为94.8%

对照组痊愈率为50.0%

总有效率为88.0%

两组痊愈率及总有效率均差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论:补肾调冲汤治疗无排卵性功能性子宫出血具有标本兼治

伴随症状改善明显

且无副作用的特点

值得在临床上推广。

Abstract

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Tiaochong Decotion on anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods:One hundred and twenty-eight out-patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（n=78）was treated by oral administration of Bushen Tiaochong Decoction and the control group（n=50）by oral administration of Provera. Results:The cured rate and the total effective rate were 67.9% and 94.8% in the treatment group and 50.0% and 88.0% in the control group

respectively

with significant difference between the two groups（both P<0.05）.Conclusion:Bushen Tiaochong Decoction can treat both principal and secondary aspects of this disease

its symptoms and cause at the same time

and improve obviously accompanied symptoms

with no adverse effects.
