摘要

目的:探讨活血疏肝汤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组45例与对照组35例

两组均用相同的外用药3%氢醌霜

治疗组口服中药活血疏肝汤

对照组口服维生素 C、维生素 E。观察两组临床疗效及治愈时间

并检测治疗前后性激素水平。结果:治疗组总有效率66.7%

明显优于对照组（P

0.01）

治疗组治疗后雌二醇（E

）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）水平明显改善

显著优于对照组（P

0.01）。结论:活血疏肝汤具有调整脏腑功能、调节内分泌、稳定机体内环境、改善皮肤营养等作用。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and the mechanism of Huoxue Shugan Decoction for treatment of chloama. Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 45 cases and a control group of 35 cases.They were all treated with external application of 3% Qingkunshuang.Oral administration of Huoxue Shugan Decoction was added to the treatment group and vitamin C and E were added to the control group.Their total therapeutic effects and time for curing were observed and level of hormones before and after treatment were detected.Results:The total effective rate was 66.7% in the treatment group

significantly higher than that in the control group（P

and after treatment estradiol（E

follicule-stimulating hormone （FSH）and luteotropic hormone（LH）level remarkably improved

significantly superior to the control group（both P

0.01）. Conclusion:Huoxue Shugan Decoction can regulate functions of the viscera and endocrine

stabilize internal environment and increase nutrition of the skin.
