Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Jianxin Granules on chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods:128 cases of Qi deficiency（Yang deficiency）

blood stasis and accumulation of excessive fluid in the body were randomly divided into a treatment group of 65 cases and a control group of 63 cases.The treatment group were treated with routine treatment and Jianxin Granules

and the control group with the routine treatment for 8 consecutive weeks.The therapeutic effects on clinical symptoms
