Objective To study the pattern characteristic of angina pectoris patients. Methods Clinical epidemiological method was used to investigate unstable angina pectoris patients confirmed by coronary arteriongraphy.Mulity corresponding related analytical method in SAS was used. Results The sequence related to patterns in nonmorbid group was:qi stagnation>qi deficiency>dual deficiency of qi and yin>blood stasis; the sequence in single ramus morbid group was:blood stasis>qi deficiency>phlegm turbidity>yin deficiency; the sequence in duel rami morbid group was:yin deficiency>phlegm turbidity>blood stasis>qi deficiency; the sequency in trirami morbid group was:yang deficiency and congealing cold>yin deficiency>phlegm turbidity>blood stasis. There was significant difference in distribution of combination pattern among different ramus morbid(P<0.01).Conclusion There is close relation between liver depression qi stagnation and nonmorbid by coronary arteriongraphy. As the amount of morbid rami increasing
the relation between phlegm turbidity
blood stasis
yin deficiency and morbid degree of coronary artery become closer.
