摘要

目的观察肝康合剂联合干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选择慢性乙型肝炎病例

应用肝康合剂联合干扰素进行治疗

与单独应用肝康合剂和单独应用干扰素治疗的患者进行对比观察

总疗程均为6个月。观察患者治疗前后症状、体征的改善情况及肝功能、病毒标志物的变化情况。结果治疗组及两对照组总有效率分别为94.4%和90.4%、85%

差异无显著性意义（P>0.05）;在肝功能复常方面

3组亦无显著性差异（P>0.05）;在乙型肝炎e抗原（HBeAg）、乙型肝炎病毒基因（HBV-DNA）阴转方面

治疗组明显优于两对照组

差异有显著性意义（P<0.01或P<0.05）。结论肝康合剂联合干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有较好疗效

肝康合剂能明显提高干扰素的抗病毒疗效。

Abstract

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Gankang Mixture combined with interferon for chronic hepatitis B（CHB）.Methods CHB patients were treated by Gankang Mixture combined with interferon and compared with those who treated by Gankang Mixture or interferon merely.The treatment lasted for 6 months.Symptoms

hepatic function and hepatitis B virus （HBV） marker were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and both control groups were 94.4%

90.4% and 85% respectively.There were no significant differences in total effective rate and hepatic function among three groups（P>0.05）.The treatment group was superior to both control groups in negative conversion rate of HBeAg and HBV-DNA （P<0.05 or P<0.01）.Conclusion Gankang Mixture can obviously increase antiviral effect of interferon.Their combination has better therapeutic effect for CHB.
